We must take some inspiration from this:

Work began on March 17 and six days later, the cratered section of the Great Kanto Highway in Naka was as good as new and ready to re- open to traffic.
Just Imagine India... how much time and money it wud have taken just to pass the bill for getting reconstruction approval alone.. :-)
